Burned dinner EVERY NIGHT!

I am sick and tired of my wife always burning my dinner. Every night, I come home to black, crispy, burned, and dried out meat or chicken. I'm very grateful that she takes the time out of her life to cook for me, but it's been too long since I had a normal dinner. I've complained to her many times in the past about her burning skills but I haven't gotten through to her yet. What is it? Is it that hard to take a tray of meat out of the oven ten min earlier? Maybe she really is stupid. Anyway, I know that plenty of you people out there have worse problems with your life mates but I really needed to get this out. I'm still ridiculously frustrated because I love meat from Canada but every time I buy it, I can never enjoy it.
